What’s the yardstick to measure success in an employee, an executive, a project? At Strategyworx, we use time tested assessment methodologies to give you the right metrics on which to base decisions and target improvement efforts with pinpoint accuracy. We use the following assessment methodologies to help you develop your most important asset: your people.
The Birkman Method™
The Birkman Method? is a personality assessment to help you understand yourself and others better. The tool is designed to help you discover your strengths, understand what motivates you and see yourself the way others see you. From the assessment you can develop strategies to manage more effectively, improve relationships and manage stress better. It can also improve teamwork and provide insight into resolving conflict.
360° Feedback
360? feedback is similar to a performance review except rather than receiving feedback from one individual (your manager), you receive feedback from multiple sources including supervisors, peers, subordinates and even clients that you interact with on a regular basis. We can customize 360° feedback to align with your organization’s competency model and then build multiple choice and open-ended questions to measure specific performance criteria. The results are confidential and contributors are anonymous.
The Clifton StrengthsFinder™
As part of many of our coaching engagements, we provide the book Strengthsfinder 2.0 along with the assessment to discover what where our coaching clients are most talented. This is incorporated in development plans designed to maximize strengths rather than minimize weaknesses.
Emotional Intelligence Testing
We use the Bar-On EQ test with many of our training and coaching engagements that involve emotional intelligence. Many of our clients who are technically competent and skilled at driving results but want to improve in the area of relationship building, managing emotions, increasing self-awareness and developing influence find this assessment to be helpful.
Kilman Conflict
We use Kilman Conflict Assessment in some of our negotiation and conflict resolution training along with coaching clients whose development plans include goals around conflict, negotiation, and building relationships.
